A big thanks to all of the CIVCO people out there! Damon's co-workers have showered us with many kindnesses! We received the above onesie with the official CIVCO logo, along with some other very special onesies (one says "Jr. Engineer"for Damon's benefit, and the other says, "Blog Baby" - in honor of you-know-who!) Someone must have got creative and designed the words on the computer and printed them on iron-on patches. What a great idea! They turned out really neat. I'll have to post pics of Max wearing the other ones sometime soon. We also received a very cute knitted hat from another co-worker, and on the way is a special blanket from CIVCO that will have Max's name and birthday embroidered on it. We also received bibs and a toy from another family, and lots of people chipped in and got us a Target gift card. We feel so blessed by all that people have done!
And speaking of blessed, we have had some amazing meals delivered to us over the last 3 weeks! I haven't really done any cooking since Max has been born, which has been really nice. I have been so spoiled. My sister Laura took it upon herself to call friends and neighbors and set up a whole schedule. People have really gone above and beyond to help us and I'm truely grateful to you all!

Your family just has blessings coming from every direction! We love to read about all the cool stuff going on with Max & the rest of your family... oh yeah, there is a rest of your family... we get so excited to see pics of Max since we haven't officially met him yet. Give Will & Sam an extra hug from their cousins & aunt & uncle in TX. Love you guys!
